Early Life & Education

Dr. Indrajeet Jaysing More was born on 26 December 1996 in Pune, Maharashtra, India, to Mrs. Jaya Jaysing More. Raised in a middle-class family, he developed a strong sense of social responsibility and leadership from an early age. His upbringing was deeply influenced by values of compassion, discipline and perseverance.

His mother, Mrs. Jaya More, played a significant role in shaping his personality and aspirations. She encouraged his educational pursuits and inspired his lifelong commitment to community service, humanitarian work and social development.

Career

Dr. More has built a multidisciplinary career combining social service, education, entrepreneurship and leadership. He currently serves as the Editor and Director of the Great Indian Book of Records (GIBOR), where he oversees the recognition and documentation of record-breaking achievements in diverse fields including education, arts, culture, innovation, science, sports and social impact.

Under his leadership, the Great Indian Book of Records has expanded its international presence and operates in more than 20 countries, collaborating with organisations, institutions and individuals to recognise excellence and inspire achievement across communities.

Beyond his editorial responsibilities, Dr. More has actively participated in social awareness campaigns, youth empowerment programmes, educational initiatives and humanitarian activities. His work focuses on encouraging innovation, recognising talent and promoting positive contributions to society.
